Items damaged in transit

Lost package
If your package appears to be lost, please email us at info@elucx.com or call toll-free at 1 (514) 570-8989, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. We will then be able to follow up on the file. If the package is officially declared lost, your order will be reshipped to you at no additional cost.
